Welcome to the Vermont Lions Club in Victoria, Australia
Vermont Lions Club is located in Vermont, Victoria, Australia, an eastern suburb of Melbourne, approximately 20km from the CBD.
Our club was chartered in 1973, and we currently have about 25 members.
We are part of Lions District 201V5, which comprises 69 clubs spread over a wide geographical area from south east of Melbourne to north eastern Victoria.
This District in turn is part of the Lions world-wide organisation with over 1.3 million members who are involved in helping those in the community less fortunate than themselves. We are dedicated to serving our local community by raising money and donating our time to carry out and support a wide range of community projects

Becoming a Lion
Lions club members are men and women who strive to make a difference in their local community as well as in communities worldwide. Their volunteer efforts go beyond the support of vision care, to addressing unmet health and education needs worldwide.
